    Day 1

    Travel through Sonoma County, arriving
in the afternoon at Korbel Champagne
    Cellars. Learn about two enterprising
families with pioneer spirits and old-world
    resourcefulness who envisioned greatness
in the Russian River region. Stroll the
beautiful gardens and sip some bubbly
before continuing to one of the finest, fourdiamond
    lodges in Northern California.
    Overlooking Dorian Beach, every room

    Day 2

This morning travel to Bodega Head for a short walk along the bluffs to catch sight of the Pacific Ocean; who knows, you may even glimpse a whale passing by as it migratesnorth. A short drive from the coast brings you to Occidental, a gem of a
community tucked into the redwoods, for an Italian meal served familystyle. After a brief time to browse the shops return
to the lodge. An afternoon of leisure awaits… a full service spa, along with a pool and hot tub, are available; or maybe a
walk down to the beach is more your style! (FB,L)

    Day 3

weaving along the coastline into Marin
County past Tomales Bay, arriving in
Tiburon for a scatter lunch and time to
visit the shops. More than just a pretty
waterfront town, Tiburon has a rich
railroad and maritime history. A stop at the
museum captures this history; plus there
are fantastic views of San Francisco, the
Golden Gate Bridge and Angel Island from
Shoreline Park. Return to Sacramento in late
    afternoon. (FB)
