  • Day 1

    Fly to Victoria, B.C. this morning by way of Seattle. Lunch is in Sidney, B.C. a lovely seaside town. Swing by Lolly Gobble, an English Sweets Shop full of old timey and unique candies. You’ll get a little treat to take with you! Take some time to peruse the main street shops before heading to your hotel in Victoria. Located a short walk from the Inner Harbour, all the best the city has to offer is at your doorstep. Chateau Victoria – 4 nights (L)

  • Day 2

    Learn of the history and booming future of B.C.’s capital city while touring aboard a classic double-decker bus. At famed Butchart Gardens, in bloom for over 100 years, lunch is served in the original family home. Take your time strolling through the magnificent blooms, but don’t skip the gift shop! Hands down, it is one of the best in town. Pick up seeds for your own garden or that perfect gift for friends back home. (L)

  • Day 3

    Gain a better understanding of Canada’s governmental structure during a docent-guided tour of the iconic B.C. Legislative Building. Afternoon Tea at The Empress is a must when in Victoria! In the stately Library Room, you’ll sip the very same tea blend the Queen of England herself enjoys with assorted finger sandwiches. Afterwards, the Royal B.C. Museum, consistently voted as one of the absolute best in North America is included. Renowned for its First Nations exhibit and collection of totem poles, it’s not to be missed. Take off right from the Inner Harbour and soar above the city with sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains on a seaplane tour. (HT)

  • Day 4

    Slip out of the city and into the Cowichan Valley full of quaint towns, artisan crafts and abundant produce. In charming Chemainus a guide will point out the many impressive murals before a little free time to explore. Lunch is included. Next stop is Duncan, B.C. to learn of the Cowichan First Nations people. World famous for their knitting, see and feel the artistry while learning how patterns transferred from baskets to sweaters. The vast collection of totem poles in town tell their story. Before returning to the city, stop at a ciderie for a tour and tasting of all sorts of products and beverages made from apples. (L)

  • Day 5

    Take the morning to make one final stroll along the water, find that perfect last minute gift, or just relax in your hotel suite. Enjoy an included lunch before catching your late-afternoon flight home. (L)

Enjoy a ride to The City for a day of shopping, lunch or just looking around! The coach will drop you at Pier 39/ Fishermens Wharf and Union Square.

Head to Lake Tahoe for a fun overnighter featuring the 1960’s musical, Beehive. An exuberant jukebox celebration of women musicians from the 60’s; Beehive transports audiences on a nostalgic musical journey. The outdoor venue at Sand Harbor is perfect for a summer night of music, laughter, and of course Aqua Net-glistening coiffures! Join your fellow Sports Leisure travelers for a late morning trip to Truckee. Check into the Hampton Inn, don your best 60’s apparel (optional) before dinner at Moody’s before enjoying the show. Imagine, this venue has one of the most stunning backdrops in the world, a Lake Tahoe sunset!
After breakfast at the hotel; depart for Olympic Valley. Squaw Valley is one of the largest ski areas in the United States, and was host site of the entire 1960 Winter Olympics. A tram ride to the summit provides an aerial view of the valley, plus takes you to High Camp for lunch. Visit the Olympic Museum before returning to Sacramento, mid-afternoon.
