    Day 2

The story of America’s independence comes alive in Lexington at Minute Man National Historic Park. Stand on the North Bridge in Concord where colonists first fired on the British Army. At the historic Colonial Inn, try traditional Yankee Pot Roast or Chicken Pot Pie. The inn has entertained renowned authors such as Thoreau, Emerson, Hawthorne and Louisa May Alcott.
